These Terms & Conditions explain the rules and conditions that apply when shopping on our website.

By placing an order with SquiGLo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

SquiGLo is an independent UK-based online business specialising in squishy toys, sensory products, gifts and accessories.

Our website is powered by Shopify, which provides our online shopping and checkout services.

All purchases made through our website are made directly with SquiGLo.

Please be aware that:

Many squishy and sensory toys are mass-produced, meaning small air bubbles, slight surface marks or minor variations may naturally occur.

These characteristics do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

We reserve the right to update product information, discontinue products or adjust availability without prior notice.

All products remain subject to applicable UK consumer protection laws.

3. Product Safety ⚠️

At SquiGLo, customer safety is important to us. Please read all product descriptions, age recommendations, safety warnings and manufacturer instructions before use.

For your safety and to protect your squishy and sensory products:

• Do not microwave, oven-heat, boil or expose products to direct heat or flames.
• Do not freeze or refrigerate products unless specifically permitted by the manufacturer.
• Do not place products in hot water or use heated appliances to alter their texture.
• Do not bite, chew, swallow or place products in the mouth.
• Do not cut, puncture, tear or deliberately damage products.
• Do not attempt to open products or remove internal fillings, gels or liquids.
• Do not stretch, twist or pull products beyond their intended use.
• Do not add chemicals, oils, perfumes or other substances unless specifically permitted by the manufacturer.
• Keep products away from pets and young children where appropriate.

Squishy and sensory toys are not food and must never be eaten.

Some products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for children under three years of age. Always follow the age restrictions and warnings provided for each individual product.

Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.

If a product becomes damaged, leaks or exposes its internal contents, stop using it immediately.

Please retain original packaging for important safety information and manufacturer instructions.

These precautions do not affect your statutory consumer rights or our obligations under applicable product safety legislation.

4. Orders & Payments 🛍️

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order where there are genuine concerns regarding payment, suspected fraud, stock availability or significant pricing errors, provided we act in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, a full refund will be issued.

Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Prices & Promotions 💷

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

SquiGLo is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not separately charged on our sales.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Prices and promotional offers may change without notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spending requirements or product exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Our VIP Squishy Club welcome discount offers eligible new subscribers 10% off their first order, subject to the conditions displayed with the offer and at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery 📦

SquiGLo currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders promptly.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary due to postal service delays, busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, additional delivery charges may apply where appropriate.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you, or to a person you have identified to receive them, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

If delivery is delayed, customers retain their legal rights, including the right to cancel and obtain a refund where applicable.

7. Returns & Refunds 💌

We want every customer to enjoy their SquiGLo purchases.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Customers have the right to inspect products as they would in a shop.

We kindly ask that returned products are handled carefully and securely packaged, preferably using their original packaging.

Where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect a product has reduced its value, an appropriate deduction from the refund may apply in accordance with the law.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage costs where properly notified before purchase.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Photographs are helpful where available but are not a condition of exercising your statutory rights.

We will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer legislation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Occasionally, errors or omissions may occur.

We may correct inaccurate information and update website content where necessary.

If a significant error affects an order, we will contact the customer and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law.
